Brian was known for his warm smile, boundless energy, generous spirit, and love of athletics. A dedicated member of Northside's cross country and track & field teams, he was a four-year varsity athlete and two-year team captain whose passion for running began in grade school and continued throughout high school. He dreamed of competing at the collegiate level before courageously battling leukemia. Through this scholarship, his legacy lives on by recognizing students who reflect his character and by inspiring future generations to lead with compassion, determination, and heart.
